We can provide a free replacement up to six months after the original order date for orders that have been lost in transit or arrived damaged or defective. If you need a replacement, please contact us, and we can help with the next steps!
Please know that we can only send a replacement if there is extra stock available in our warehouse. If we don't have the desired item(s) available for a replacement, then we will let you know and provide a refund.
