Why doesn’t my tracking number work?Updated 24 days ago
For orders shipped outside the US, you'll still receive a tracking number, but you may only be able to see updates until the parcel leaves the US. After that, you may see an alternative tracking number listed on your tracking page, which may correspond with the USPS tracking page or a local delivery service (also known as a last-mile courier).
Sometimes, no updates or alternative tracking numbers are available for orders sent to non-US addresses. We recommend keeping an eye out for notices in the mail, phone, or email from your local postal service or customs office letting you know an order is ready for pickup or delivery.
